What an AMAZING overdrive! VERY Versatile, and has the ability to match so many different guitars / amps with the internal DIP switch, and the “filter” POT, makes life AMAZING with this pedal.
Clean boosty tones, to gritty overdrive, a complete utility pedal. Get this one if you want diverse capabilities in an overdrive!

I’ve tried out many different builds on this site trying to find the best low-to-mid gain overdrive pedal for my sound, and this one came out as the clear winner. What I look for in an overdrive pedal is something with plenty of headroom, a smooth breakup into distortion and smooth falling out of distortion without getting those weird grainy sounds, and a big enough range for all parameters so I don’t need to max something out and wonder what it could sound like if I had a little bit more range. This pedal delivers on all of those fronts in spades and it does so VERY well. The low/high distortion option is fantastic and gives you all the gain you could ask for, plus the filter control is really unique in how it controls the frequency range that is affected by the distortion. I like to have it dialed pretty low so that the low-mid range catches some distortion, but the highs still come out clean and transparent sounding. Truly an underappreciated pedal by the last company I would’ve suspected to make a decent sounding overdrive. HIGHLY recommend this one if you’re looking for high versatility and a very transparent, smooth mid-gain overdrive sound.
