A really fun fuzz and simple build. Make sure you insulate the lower pot pins from the switches.

Great fuzz/overdrive/crazy pedal. Easy build, love the layout of the board. Does the trumpet/trombone/octave thing and so much more.

I’ve reviewed this before. It is great. The three-way presence switches on the original and this work-alike are very subtle. I’ve found increasing C6 to 3.3nf-4.7nf and C7 to 10nf-15nf a much more noticeable and usable range. Especially if you use this for bass. Which you should 😉.

As others have stated, this is a fun and easy fuzz to build- a definite favorite of mine! I’ve built several and even added a GeSi switch of my own to a few. Any high gain PNP Ge transistor will work, and it makes for a nice change from the Silicon saturation.
