I have played it through a few of my amps and find that it sounds great through a variety of setups, especially through those of the British type. As I play clean quite a bit, this adds that classic Fender’esque chime and clarity to my clean sound when I need it. I find the EQ to be great throughout the whole range. It’s not just the highs, but the lows and mids as well. The boost toggle is a great feature to have included as it allows me to also use this pedal as an other channel, of sorts, when necessary. Overall, it is a very authentic sounding pedal and I love the way that it colors my tone. I have other pedals that claim to do the same thing but this is the clear winner thus far. I can say that it does a great job of contributing to my tone without sounding overpowering or like it is working against my amp. Build one!
