Clear, articulate and punchy with some fur on lower register notes. Was very curious about this circuit pushing an overdriven amp and am not disappointed. It does get hissy when the volume is pushed past 1-2:00 but most of it’s magic is easily harnessed in the quieter noon range.

This is a very powerful circuit with dual gain stages and one control. The build is not difficult and the finished product is terrific.
