This pedal produces wavefolding distortion. At lower settings, it sounds like a normal distortion. But when you crank it up, it starts to “fold” and add more and more even-order upper harmonics. The result is a quite a unique filtering effect. More of a hard “E” vowel sound than your typical “wah” filter.
It also kind of sounds a little bit like a green ringer when you play chords- you get a lot of those additive/subtractive frequencies popping out.
Some people love it. Some people think it sounds like a wet fart. Check it out and decide for yourself.
