Why do people talk down about MXR drive pedals? This thing is CRAZY good! I’ve tested it against dozens of other distortion pedals and keep coming back to it. Not only is it one of the most beautiful and powerful distortion pedals I’ve ever built or played, but it stacks very well with others. Also, it adds very little noise to the signal, even when I’ve got it cranked. It’s quieter than my Angry Charles, UwotM8, Thermionic, Salesman, and dozens of others. The EQ is fantastic, and the bass response is out-of-this-world! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
