This thing is super fun, I have been using it with the derailer, bohemia and tweed sound and it is super fun to just run direct and jam out. As usual the layouts are great and the drill guide is super helpful.

One of my favorite pedals. It nudges my setup with a little more fullness. This pedal is on at all times and without it my rig sounds a little timid. First time using a “cab sim” and I’m glad I went with this pedal. Unfortunately I found the perfect tone and haven’t messed with the knobs since and most likely will never mess with the knobs from this point on. I also have a buffer circuit in this build.

Man. I wish I had this thing all along. I agree. It is a lot of fun. Makes the anemic Tech21 TM60 overdrive channel really bark. In the loop, switchable? What’s not to like?
Recommended.

Straight forward build. Sounds great and is super useful for recording and practice.

It’s a great circuit either through my amp or when run through a headphone amp .

I built this as a tone shaper to run at the end of my effects loop – and basically just leave it on all the time in one setting. Love it!
Now that I’m reading about it being used for Ampless rigs, I really want another one.
One thing I haven’t done yet though, that I would suggest is just building it with a 9v battery adaptor. Then you can just put it on or inside your amp and save precious board space.
