This is one of the best circuits I’ve ever built or heard! Tweed Bass man tones at your fingertips. Save a bunch of money by building one yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

I originally built this to spec, but I was quite disappointed. Make no mistake- it sounded just like the demos of the original, so no design flaw on PedalPCB’s part!
I ended up adding a little gain back in (BoR) style and changing the Volume knob to a linear taper, but it still cuts a lot of low end, even with the Tone knob full-CC.
This project would be perfect into a darker amp, I presume!

This was an awesome surprise! I’ve experimented with commercial a-i-a-b pedals but never hung onto them. I gave this a go and I’m really pleased! Im not sure if this circuit was a trace of another pedal or something our pcb creator/fabricator cooked up on his own. But it’s wonderfully dynamic and adds life to an otherwise sterile clean tone. Straightforward build, really smart layout (like all pedalpcb’s!)..
