   I always saw a lot of hype for this pedal online, but after building it I can finally get behind it. There is no added characteristics from the overdrive but it allows your amp to come alive. The definition of transparent in my mind. It’s also great to run it early in the chain because you can tone shape other distortions or fuzzes to your liking, but it also can be used a simple clean boost with lower output pickups.

   Either way, I haven’t gotten a bad sound out of it. Thanks PedalPCB!

   Fantastic pedal. Low end stays focused and for moderate overdrive this has a very nice amp sound. Minimal compression retains the inherent feel of your clean tone.

   Great pcb, great sounding pedal. The previous comments are very accurate. The pedal has a really great ability at opening up your dynamics and making your amp come alive with out getting muddy or over compressed! Great pedal!

   I wouldn’t say this is better than a Timmy or Red Snapper. I will say, however, that it is every bit as good as those two, just a bit different. You can’t go wrong with this build!
