Would be a 5 star, but as a beginner, I didn’t really have any way of knowing that this is really intended to have 1/8w components. Correct me if I’m wrong. I have 1/4w components, and I think they’ll be ok, but it would be much more tidy and a bit less of a pain if they were smaller. Product is still cool.

I know it’s cliché, but this really is a great sounding pedal! The build was only my second one, but it’s easy enough – and lots of help in the forum. Definitely recommend.

Never played a real Klon, but I have shot this pedal out with an EHX Soul Food and this custom build was the winner hands down. Easy build, fantastic layout! Thanks guys!

About the layout: Great layout. Easy build. The diode slots are wide so it was easy to get a Soviet D18’s in there.
About the pedal: Believe the hype.

Very versatile pedal and clean, crisp tone. It kicked the EHX Soul Food off my board! This pedal with the Spirit Box and Circulator after it is top notch. Can’t believe a circuit this good is this affordable. PedalPCB has the best selection and cleanest layout on the market. Forums are super helpful as well. You guys are the best!

Great layout and the pedal is super versatile. Lot’s off different tones on tap. from clean boost all the way to a medium gain. Treble control has a lot of control on tap.
